Quiet time is from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. and is strictly monitored. This is a QUIET lake and sounds travel across the water easily. The neighbors are dear friends of ours and we want to keep it that way. Excessive noise will result in your entire group being asked to leave the property with no refund and an additional fine of $250.

At no time are there to be more than eight people on the property. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

Intoxication is never allowed on the property and any incidents of fighting, arguing, drunkenness, or partying will result in your entire group being asked to leave the property with no refund and the additional fine of $250.

Guests must agree to abide by the "no wake" lake rules provided if they have their own boat (speed limit is 10 mph, stay 200 feet from shore when not fishing, and non-fishing travel is counter-clockwise).

The septic system is sensitive so please use garbage disposal sparingly and never with cooked food.

Garbage is to be removed from the house as the bins fill and can be put in the large blue container roadside. If staying over a Sunday night, we will ask guests to wheel it out on Sunday night along the road for Monday morning pickup.

There is room to park four vehicles (including a boat trailer). There is an asphalt section for two vehicles and a concrete area for two others. Do not park more than four vehicles.

Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. We've learned the hard way that it's easy to forget an open window when leaving this house.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property. If one must smoke, he or she can go out to the road behind the property. Make sure butts are disposed of properly.

The Owners reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. We want this to be a positive experience and to have the place be valued and cared for by those who use it.
